We aim to promote Mental Health Recovery by increasing social contacts and connections.
On Saturdays, we offer a wide range of mental health workshops & activities where individuals can engage in a group setting with our team. Activities include recovery and wellbeing, board games, a social space to meet others, and structured groups.
