The Café team will be responsive to each customer’s individual support needs, and use their skills and lived experience of mental health challenges and recovery to promote personal recovery at all times.

The Café team will offer support that accepts the individual values, culture, religion, physical needs, neurotype, gender, and sexual orientation of its customers.

Customers, visitors, and staff have the right to be treated with kindness, courtesy, dignity and respect. The Café team will ensure that customer and carer views are fully acknowledged and actively incorporated into ongoing service improvement.

Customers will be informed about what can be expected from the Café, and potential next steps to support and service engagement.

Confidentiality will be upheld per professional, legal, and organisational constraints.
